AIDEN Grimshaw was having a lovely time at his first V Festival, claiming he usually leads a boring life.
The 2010 X Factor finalist was performing at Chelmsford yesterday and said: “People keep asking me about my so-called celebrity lifestyle.
“The other night I sat watching Harry Potter and eating chicken.
“I munched on beans on toast while the Olympic closing ceremony was on.”
Aiden, whose debut album Misty Eye is out tomorrow, added: “I’ve done a few gigs but V is the biggest thing to date.
“The only festival in Blackpool celebrates steam engines.
“I tried to convince my mum to come with me to V but she backed out.”
She’ll be at home with the beans on the hob.
